Lake of “Xhema” is a natural lake located at the entrance of the inhabited area of Valbone village, part of Valbona National Park. This is an attraction accessible to any age group, of “easy” degree of difficulty, suitable for a walk with the family or for an afternoon walk – before dinner.
At the entrance of the valley, along the paved national road, you find the signpost and you can follow the path autonomously even without the help of a guide. The trail passes through the green forest in spring or the reddish, golden in autumn.
The lake is supplied by a source from the ground and has a magical blue color in spring.
